How do I order embroidery?

Add the piece to your cart, then press Add embroidery underneath it. You choose a name, a lettering style and a thread colour, one piece at a time — so if you are buying three towels and want a name on two, you press it twice.

How much does embroidery cost?

$10 per piece.

How many characters can I have?

Up to eight — letters, numbers and spaces. It is stitched exactly as typed, so you are asked to check the spelling before you confirm.

Which pieces can be embroidered?

Towels, robes, sleepwear and baby pieces. Our apparel — tops, trousers, dresses and mufflers — cannot be embroidered, and neither can the soft toys. Each product page tells you which it is.

How long do embroidered pieces take to ship?

Embroidered pieces ship the next business day.

Can I return an embroidered piece?

Embroidered pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
