We ship from Australia.
Rates
- Within Australia: $12 AUD flat. Free on orders over $200 AUD.
- International: $20 AUD flat, to the destinations offered at checkout.
Delivery times
- Within Australia: 1–4 business days after dispatch.
- International: varies by destination. We will confirm an estimate when your order is dispatched.
Orders are dispatched on business days. Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the time you order, and do not include delays in the carrier's network or at customs.
Embroidered orders Pieces embroidered to order are made before they ship, so allow additional time before dispatch. We will tell you what to expect when you place the order.
Duties and taxes International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by that country and are payable by you.
