Shiawase Towel — Guest Towel

• A fine, yielding handle. Woven from 100-count yarn, a grade of cotton the towel industry does not normally use. At one-fifth the thickness of ordinary towel yarn it demands a stable supply of raw cotton, advanced spinning and a great deal of extra work — and that yarn is the whole secret of how this towel feels.
• Absorbs in under a second. The fine yarn is woven on Uchino’s own patented technology. Laid on water it begins to sink in less than a second, pairing that speed with a large capacity.
• Softness that lasts. The pile is woven long, so the yarn holds its shape through repeated washing and the softness stays.
• A firm, positive wipe. Sweetly twisted ultra-fine cotton sets every loop of pile flush against the skin, with no gaps.
• Sheds very little lint. High-grade extra-long staple cotton sheds under one-fifth the lint of a conventional towel in the wash.

Autonomic balance was measured and analysed before and after use. More than half of the participants showed sympathetic and parasympathetic activity in better balance afterwards.

Wash separately — dark colours may bleed. Use a lint trap. Avoid fabric softener for the first few washes. Do not use chlorine bleach on coloured items. Do not leave damp in contact with other surfaces — colour may transfer.
